Vodaphone Red - Being Overcharged and harassed

I have a pending bill of ****, on ********** and the person who visited my house right now spoke to some regional head or something and they said after many conversations they will give me a discount of ****. And she said ma'am it will anyway get disconnected in a very rude and sarcastic manner (after I had already said if you can't help me the disconnect the sim). Firstly I have had this issue of being overcharged for a while and it Seems to never get resolved. She really was just interested in arguing and making sense of the charges when they really don't make any sense to me. If y'all really care about a customer who has been loyal for more than * years with y'all with the same number while my family also uses vodaphone you will remove all the charges as it complete harrasment and i have lost full intention of ever using vodaphone or it's services because it's all about making money and charging unfairly. Kindly look in the matter otherwise you're losing a loyal customer.
