Vodaphone Red - Irrelevant charges without approval

I have been using idea postpaid connection since last so many years under government scheme which are ********** & **********. Since July **** my plan has been changed in Vodaphone Red without sending any e mail of reg. details of this plan & without getting my approval. They are charging every month rental charges without confirming with my to change this plan. The executives are calling on these nos accepting their mistake but despite of that they are not sending rectified bills to me. I have sent several e mails and reminders but they are not replying of my querries raised against both my idea numbers which is very surprising.
They have also stopped my outgoing services even i could not call in customer care numbers.
Please take this matter as urgent since i am facing problem as i have these numbers in all my records.
