Bamdev Bhalla filed complaint against BYZUS on Dec 13, 2021
I hired online Byzus classes for my Son Nilanjan Bhalla on**/**/**** .They offered me a course of five years and said I can change the duration of course later and also can reduce the course period.I urged to provide me a One year course which they said earlier i can change.But now the Byzus is denying their words and not reducing the course term.They also charged me Rs.****/- initially and later started EMIS of Rs.****/-.I mailed them,called them several times but they are neither paying attention nor unsubscribing my subscription.They are also not refunding the amount.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
