Ordered a sheesham wood bed from Pepperfry. The bed's fittings were incomplete. There were no hinges in the bed storage. No handles. On complaining about it at customer care, they refused to do any help and advised to get it done on our own.
It's such an expensive bed and comes with such poor service and non customer friendly.
never recommending to Pepperfry again and never buying any product from it ever again.
