- Bank manager misbehaved and refused to deposit the cash in the account Closed
I textile traders having preferred account no ************** in HDFC bank. I have visited Nikas Choraha branch on **-*-** to deposit cash and bank manager Mr Yogesh Pathak refused to deposit the cash in my account and spoken very bad words with anxiety and aggression towards me. Also called the guard to harm me. I would like you to watch the CCTV cameras recording existing and I will be responsible for any disrespectful behaviour if done from my side. The aggression which he was carrying maybe from someone else, which doesn’t mean I can spell out in front of any one customer. If he is in the bank it is his duty to maintain the decorum and be humble to the person to whom he is talking.
Also the bank representative Mr Manas was disrespectful towards and even he was laughing when the bank manager was shouting and screaming in front of the bank people.
He finds himself the CEO of the bank and thinks that he own the bank, I never knew the bank is running by the guns !!
This is not the way to address a preferred customer in front of bank staff and customer present in the bank. After the incident I found bank staff laughing which result in mental abuse to me. I would like to close my all accounts with this bank which consists of this type of bank managers. Do remember I am carrying my account from **** and I have opened ** accounts of my colleagues and business vendors. If they can open on my call they can even close on my call. There are ** accounts of my family members who are joined with me on my preferred scheme.
