HDFC Bank applied heavy late fees and finance charges on my credit card ending ****..
Payment department told me to clear outstanding and contact customer support for refund of the same as several times requested to change/correct my mail id in which they are sending the statement.. they have not done the correction and changes due to which I am not getting the statement.. I requested the same to customer care, but they spoke rudely with me, says can't refund, I said I can't continue with such charges, replied do what you want to do, block my account, account have deposit balance, ...finally they have closed my card and not refunded...want refund , apology from customer care, have the call record , not expected such a rude reply from support..
