I BEG TO STATE THAT I BOOKED A ROOM AT HOTEL PEERLESS INN CITY CENTRE DURGAPUR ON *TH OCT **. DUE TO PERSONAL REASON, I HAD TO CANCEL THE BOOKING. GOIBIBO BOOKING ID is ‘HTLMPY*A*X’, DATE OF BOOKING *TH SEPTEMBER ****. GO-IBIBO INFORMED ME THAT THE BOOKING WAS CANCELLED AND THE AMOUNT WAS REFUNDED. BUT I DID NOT GET ANY REFUND. SO I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE GO-IBIBO KOLKATA AT MOBILE NO-**********. THE ADDRESS OF CUSTOMER CARE GO-IBIBO KOLKATA IS -***/* ACHARYA PROFULLA CHANDRA ROAD GARPAR MACHUA BAZAR KOLKATA-******. I CONTACTED THE ABOVE NUMBER AT **.** P.M DATED **TH OCTOBER **** AND CUSTOMER CARE TOLD ME THAT YOU PROVIDE ME with THE DETAILS OF DEBIT CARD SO THAT I CAN REFUND YOU THE BOOKING AMOUNT RUPEES ****. INSTEAD OF REFUNDING MY AMOUNT GO-IBIBO CUSTOMER CARE KOLKATA DEBITED **,*** FROM MY ACCOUNT. I COULD NOT BELIEVE GO-IBIBO CUSTOMER CARE DID SUCH ACTIVITY. GO-IBIBO CHEATED ME AND CHEATED ME, SO I THEREFORE REQUEST TO KINDLY TAKE NECESSARY STEPS IN THIS RESPECT.
