Ajith Khan Naina Mohamed filed complaint against Spicejet on Jul 4, 2024
On my travel from Dubai to Madurai on **th May ****, one of my check in Baggages was opened by damaging the lock and a cash worth **** AED was stolen from the wallet kept inside. I have raised this complaint immediately in Madurai airport who promised that necessary investigation will be done and responded. But their response (though after several follow ups) was simple saying that Spicejet is not responsible for any damage to locks. When i asked for the investigation report to understand the reason of damage, my request is unanswered to date.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
