I purchased a new bag from one of their retail store and after using it for the first time bag is torn from inside out. I went for the replacement but they are denying any service saying it was an discounted article and they can not take replacement for it.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
