Dear Madam/Sir,
I would like to inform you that while I travelled from Bangalore to Phuket the shipment as per details below arrived in damaged condition.
I am holding you fully responsible and hereby file a claim to cover our loss.
Details of shipment along with video:
Description of Cargo:- Black American Tourister Trolley Bag
Size - Large
Details of Damage:-
*) PNR - F*VI*T
*) Issue found at Phuket airport
*) Dent on the Edge of Trolley.
*) Big crack on side panel of Trolley
I request you to consider my appeal at the earliest.
Please find the attached video and images of the trolley for further clarification.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
