Insasta.com - Bad quality product

I bought a lazy bed mobile support stand. The product shown in pic holds the mobile the way you want without buckling to the load. The actual product does not behave as shown in the pictures. When i attach the mobile and let my hands free the product bends down to the mobile weight. The product is totally useless.
