Insasta.com - Fraud of Insasta not cancelling my order

I was looking for a good dermaplanning blade on google where i came across this website. I placed an order and instantly received a mail on ** Nov ****. Order id is *******. On **rd, i wanted to cancel my order but there wasn't any option and number mentioned on site wasn't reachable. Chat service wasn't available either. Then, on **th i e. Today, no. Is still unavailable and sandeep on chat service didn't bother to even reply. I started new chat and Divya cancelled my order but not sending me refund. They are a fraud. A big fraud. I want my money back.
