Kotak Mahindra Bank - Automatically deduction of Balance without notification Giving wrong information Costumer care will

Gurdeep singh filed complaint against Kotak Mahindra Bank on May 15, 2023

Firstly they hold my account without notification and and when I m trying to reach they explain why they hold my account. Abd say u have to pay min amount of your card which is Rs ***(minimum)* then they release my account and refund my money to my bank account. Now I make payment but they can't refund my money to my account. And now they say that this is auto deductions for your card and now you have to pay full payment. And clearly say that they never refund my balance to my bank account.
And the customer care executive talk to me in rude way.
