Today an auto driver was rude and demanded extra cash (named Chiranjeevi V - Vehicle NO# TN**DR****). My actual fare was *** paid ** via Rapido wallet & the balance to be paid in cash was Rs.***
However he grabbed *** rupees (* x *** rupee notes). The behaviour was authoratative and the customer support didnt take enough action against the driver.
I am uninstalling the app. Very poor service.
