Today a disgusting thing happened to me. I ordered food through swiggy by **.** PM and by **.** I got a call from the delivery partner that the restaurant was closed by **.** PM. I am feel ashamed of myself in front of my guest because I ordered via swiggy. It's my biggest fault for trusting Swiggy again and again.
And I was not able to order the food to other restaurant as it was to late. All the restaurant got closed. Either the swiggy should not take the order. If they take they should inform me immediately that the restaurant is closed but they waited me ** mints and said me that restaurant is closed by **.** PM. I want my compensation for loss in front of my Guest so that I can treat them well again.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
