I placed an order with a restaurant in Uber Eats. I wanted to cancel the order, so as per the policy, I cancelled the order before the restaurant confirmed the order. I kept tapping the screen, but no response from the app. Finally the restaurant confirmed the order without my will.
Now uber eats wants me to pay ***.* rs for the order which could not be cancelled because of their bad app.
I would like a refund plus damages.

I ordered food from MacD on **th Dec using Uber eats app. Restaurant cancelled my order. When I tried to speak with uber eats help they sent me below email:
I ordered ** inch pizza with regular crust and extra cheese. But delivered pizza was just * inch and there was no crust and extra cheese and quality of pizza was also worst.
