Accessories Missing
Grievance Details I had ordered a mobile phone "Realme X**pro" that cost Rs.***** on **th Mar ****. I paid it by credit card. It was delivered in the evening of **th March, once I open the packet, there was an empty mobile box of some other which was filled by some damaged watch and soaps. I was shocked since this is the first time since I used flipkart from the last */*yrs. I raised and complaint right after few minutes of delivery. I shared the images for reference. It's been a week they are not giving any solutions and told me to wait till **st Mar, which is unacceptable. Will they going to pay the interest charges by the Credit card?? ***** is almost my one month salary. How can they treat this to the customers?? I know, they need to check but it's thier issue. as a customer why should I suffer for all this. Plz help me this to solve ASAP. Flipkart customer service is just taking their time without thinking & considering the burden of customers. I will never purchase any gadgets from Flipkart. their service is good until we had faced this type of issues. the amount of ***** during this pandemic is a huge to me. It has to be solve within a week, I wasn't expect this type of pathetic and irresponsible service from such a big e-commerce.
It's been over ** days, now they are bluffing me to ignore. They told me to give consent to raise a FIR for which they told me to reply over an email whithin ** hrs, which I haven't yet received. Now, the payment date for credit card is nearing soon, if I missed the payment Will they paid me the interest??
Please help me. I am ready to comply anything. An attaching the pic which I have sent to Flipkart right after I opend the package.
