RAJESH LAXMAN SHETTY filed complaint against Flipkart Internet Private Limited on Feb 27, 2019
On Dt. **/**/**, I tried to book an Air ticket from Mumbai to Cochin through Flipkart application. At the time of booking, amount of Rs.*,***/- got debited from my HDFC Bank Credit Card account, but air ticket was not booked. Since then, I'm following Flipkart support for the reversal of my wrongly debited amount of Rs.*,***/- & sent *-* request mails to return amount. But till today, the said amount is not yet credited back to my credit card account. Even I've sent my complaint mail too through a mobile application but I have not received a reply.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
