Miracas - Amount not refunded

Booked an overcoat on **-**-**** under order no.*****.but was not delivered and amount not refunded.instead put into my miracas account. I then again booked a coat to use this credit in perhaps June ****.the credit of R's.****.**,was debited from my account and remaining R's.*** (cost difference) was paid by me through my credit card.this time also the article was not delivered and same thing happened with the money. I tried to messaging them on their given mail I'd "care@miracas.com",but this mail is not responded. I contacted them a *** times on their number ***-********. But it is never available.now neither I see any credits in my account.no the amount refunded to my card account.nor am I able to contact them in any way.
