Miracas - Package not delivered and no way to contact for refund

Hello, I have ordered a blazer in miracas.it doesn't has a COD so I prepaid the total amount. I have ordered the item in Feb of ****. I have waited a long time of * months but I haven't got the order nor the refund amount.
After so many complaints, mails and messages they have responded and refunded the amount to the website wallet.
I can't transfer those money to my bank.
So, I ordered a new item and paid the money but the same problem repeats. And it has been more than * months but I haven't received the item.
I am very dissatisfied with the experience.
