Srinandan filed complaint against Google Pay on May 8, 2019
I have booked two train tickets from Google pay on **th April’**, but in some circumstances, my travelled planned was changed. I have cancelled the ticket but only one ticket was cancelled and another was not cancelled. There is some technical error in the portal. There is no option shown to cancel this ticket. I have already informed earlier to google pay customer service. They asked me for sent screenshot and other details (which I have attached in this mail also). They committed to return this amount but now still not getting any response from google pay.
