Ticket ID - ****** [Grievance] Both of the above. Amount debited to my HDFC account but not credited to the vendor. Refund also not credited. This is with reference to the direct payment transaction done on **-*-**** for Rs.*,**,***.** vide Merchant ref no.CMBRRHZMDZMEJ*/RAZPRKSVSECURITIESPR. As confirmed with the biller both payments are updated successfully at the biller's end. Kindly advice the customer to raise with the merchant for clarifications if any.
