Hi team,
I have booked Indane LPG on from CRED app on **th March **** but another lpg booked by sister on **th March ****. Since there were two transactions for the same customer, I have received one cylinder that was booked on **th March. There is no any communication for lpg cylinder booked on **th March. Ideally transaction made from CRED should have been canceled and amount should have refunded to my account back but team is keep on asking me screenshots and video from the biller’s website. I have given them all the details. Post submitting screenshots and videos team has asked my to update account details for refund. I have updated the same and shared the screenshot but today I am again getting mail stating “we are unable to validate, please share screenshots again”.
I have been following up with CRED support team from last month but they are doing nothing.
