RAJALEKSHMY filed complaint against Urbanic on Oct 1, 2022
The order from online shop, Urbanic , worth Rs ***** had been cancelled by me on **st August ****, immediately after the payment, noticing certain mistakes in my order so that they didn't even have to process or dispatch the order. Since then I have been requesting for the refund. Though they are showing some evidence of refund via paytm with some reference number, the amount has not been credited even after * month. As the amount is big for me I have been mentally suffering a lot. So far I have sent so many enquiries regarding the refund status, and sent my bank statement thrice , as per their advise, showing that the amount hasn't been reflected, they have only one reply... The refund had been initiated on **st August **** itself and contact with bank to know when they would transfer to you. I have contacted bank regarding this, but they said, amount is not refunded.
