NAGAR MAJITHIYA filed complaint against Google Pay on Aug 21, 2019
Amount deducted twice on **-**-**** but not refund back the failed transaction which was a success after * days (**-**-****) according to Google, where the pop-up reflected at the time of failure the transaction that "Amount will be refunded within * working days in your bank account in case of failure the transaction". Now I am trying to reach Google Pay support via mail but it's not fruitful because the transaction made on **-**-**** and till date, there is no solution from Google pay. Even I tried to Mr Ravi (Recipient) he also shared his bank transactions which shows that there was no amount received from my side. I really never face this kind issues and this was really not expected from "Google Pay". Request you to solve this issue as soon as possible.

On ** August **** at *:** am my father sent me *** rs to buy notenook but as soon as i reach the shop to buy notebook it shows insufficient bank balance
I have recharged and my amount debited and the recharge canceled on Google pay jio recharge
The money have not credited to my bank account, it is still in the Google pay business account... It was transferred by the customer to my business app
While making payment for the order I made through google pay, amount got debited but order has not been placed. I again placed the same order and again the amount deducted. For ₹*** worth food I paid zomato ₹***...
