Guys-
What the hell is going on with Vodafone. Two days back I raised complaint for secondary balance disappearing.
Yesterday they deducted amount from my main balance without my approval and intimation for some pack.
Also I received SMS message that it got deducted and my service validity extended for ** days but when checked in Vodafone APP is showing as **th September as validity period.
Vodafone is so desperate and in dire state that it is deducted amount without any approval.
I am seriously thinking to change the number to some other network provider.
Seriously this is day time robbery from Vodafone. Will raise the same issue and escalate this to higher level.
Please look into it and do the needful.
