Jabong.com - Amount deducted from refund

I purchased skechers shoes from Jabong.com
for an amount of INR ****..It got delivered,checked out with the size,didn't fit was a size small.I called up the customer care with respect to exchanging for a bigger size.The size wasn't available and the customer care guy suggested me to wait for some days in anticipation that the required size may be available..With respect to return,he told me that the whole money deducted would be returned in that case...I waited for a few days but couldn't find the required size.So I initiated the return process,the amount to be refunded shown on the screen was INR ***/- less than what I paid..I again called up the customer care for the reason of same and I was told some early access charges deducted for before sale something..I could understand it..but there was no logic the amount being deducted when I am just returning the product because there is no size exchange available for the same product..I requested them to kindly credit the whole amount in my account deducted during purchase..Let's be logical and realistic when the product is of no use to me and I am paying an extra amount for nothing..
I even mailed to their chief manager the same..He too was adamant that the charges are handling charges and cannot be reversed..I again asked the chap to check the screen shot again where the handling charges were free...He replied that it was a miscommunication..The charges are early access charges and cannot be refunded..
My point is why should I pay any charges when I am returning the productbecause of non availability of the size required..
I mean wht the hell are the early access charges.You ca not come up with illogical new terminologies and say this is a policy..
Though the amount is petty,but still hard earned.
Need a reversal..
