ನಾನು ** ನೇ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಎಚ್ಪಿಗಸ್ ಆಂಡ್ರಾಯ್ಡ್ ಅಪ್ಲಿಕೇಶನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಲಿಂಡರ್ ಅನ್ನು ಬುಕ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ, **** *:** PM. ಅದು ಆನ್ಲೈನ್ ಯುಪಿಐ ವ್ಯವಹಾರವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ವ್ಯಾಪಾರಿಯ UPI sbiepay.hpcl-*******@sbi. ನಾನು ಈ ಯುಪಿಐನಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಪಾವತಿಯ ಸ್ಕ್ರೀನ್ಶಾಟ್ ಅನ್ನು ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ನನ್ನ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಪಾವತಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಈಗ, ನನ್ನ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಈ ವಹಿವಾಟಿನ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ವ್ಯಾಪಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಿ ಅವರು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ವ್ಯಾಪಾರಿ ನಿರಾಕರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ನನ್ನ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ * ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಸೇರಿವೆ. *. ಎಚ್ಪಿ *. ಫೋನ್ಪೀ *. ಎಚ್ಡಿಎಫ್ಸಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ *. ಎಸ್ಬಿಐ ನಾನು ಎಚ್ಪಿ, ಫೋನ್ಪಿ ಮತ್ತು ಎಚ್ಡಿಎಫ್ಸಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಹಕರಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ವಹಿವಾಟಿನ ವೈಫಲ್ಯದ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ನಿರಾಕರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈಗ, ನಾನು ಎಸ್ಬಿಐ ಜೊತೆ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಈಗ, ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಎಲ್ಲಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದು ನನಗೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಯಾರು ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ? ಯಾರು ಹೊಣೆಗಾರರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ?
