- AmazonBasics LED TV Warranty Issue Open

I am writing to file a formal complaint as a customer regarding my recent experience with a product and warranty claim. On March **, ****, I purchased an AmazonBasics LED TV from Amazon, and I expected a reliable and durable product. However, on July **, ****, the screen of the LED TV suddenly went black, rendering it unusable.
I was relieved to discover that my LED TV was covered by a *-year warranty, and promptly filed a warranty claim in accordance with your company's policies. Unfortunately, it has now been more than two months since I initiated the claim, and I have yet to receive any resolution or assistance.
This prolonged delay in addressing my warranty claim is not only frustrating but also unacceptable. I have made several attempts to reach out to your customer support for assistance, but I regret to inform you that I have not received the help I expected. It is disheartening to find that Amazon customer support team has not been responsive or helpful in resolving this issue.
I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation. My AmazonBasics LED TV is an essential part of my daily life, and I have been inconvenienced for far too long. I kindly request that you expedite the processing of my warranty claim and provide a suitable solution to repair or replace my LED TV as per the terms of the warranty agreement.
I believe in the quality of your products, and I hope that you will demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction by addressing my concerns promptly. Failure to do so will only tarnish the reputation of your company.
