AmazonBasics - Product found defective No replacement refund as per customer demand

I have purchased this Air conditioner on ** May **** and get it installed by Amazon service provider * June ****. The product caused the problem within * months of purchase and requested for service on ** July ****. Somehow, the company managed to fix the AC. In the next season when I tried to use it showcased same problem and I ordered warranty service on ** April ****. It worked for a month and same issue arises and I again ordered for service ** May ****. I asked the company replace this unit since AC caused problem twice in a year but company refused so. With the same pattern of AC issue, I ordered service on * June ****. Now it is **** and AC is still causing the same issue. Now, the company is saying we cannot help you out and get it repaired from local technician which will cost around **** Rupees. I want company to refund my full amount and take this AC back.
