Ordered Placed : i ordered Maggie and Tea pepper with special notes stating, "Dont Use Capsicum as i have alergy with it".
Order Delivered : I received Maggie with Capsicum and Mile pepper(Food item changed)
I have raised this issue with Uber Eats Customer care department and asked uber eats customer care people "who will take responsibility if anything happens to customer with alergy food? and where is the refund as i paid money for what i dont need,
Customer Care Department Answered to Me: They did not responded to my above questions and said " Our system Flags your number as high credit" and we cannot reimburse the amount, I said to them this is Uber eats Error /Mistakes and not customer and re-open the issue , frequently Uber Eats customer guys closed the issue without any further reason (I re-open the issue in Uber App and it was closed on fly by uber eats with no update"
Uber Eats is Waste and they dont know how to talk /deal with the Customer Issues , If there Uber easts System has some issue why would customer dont get the Refund for alergy item/wrong item delivered.
Please escalate this issue issue to HIGHER MANAGEMENT and help me with the refund amount

I ordered food from MacD on **th Dec using Uber eats app. Restaurant cancelled my order. When I tried to speak with uber eats help they sent me below email:
I ordered ** inch pizza with regular crust and extra cheese. But delivered pizza was just * inch and there was no crust and extra cheese and quality of pizza was also worst.
