- Airtel wrong recharge done ^Open

I am User Of Prepaid Mobile Number : xxxxxxxxxxx From Past * Years.
On **/**/**** I Made A Wrong Recharge On My Number With The Sum Of Rs **** Via Google Pay. The Pack Includes Of ISD Benefits I Wanted To Recharge Monthly Unlimited Pack of Rs ***.But By Mistake I Recharged With ISD Pack.
So The Very Same Day I Contacted On The Complaint Number *** And Spoke With The Customer Care Executive & even Sent Mail To The Nodal Officer On **/*/**** For The Refund But havn't received any reply from **/**/****. Well to be very frank if we need something we will get hell lot of calls & assistance but if we need any help no human being would help us. Spoke with the executive & she informed me to use the pack even after informing her that the pack is of no use to me as I dont have any relatives in abroad. And on top of that the executive told me to check the pack as if im not aware about it. If i had checked the pack why the hell i would call her.
Since This Pack Is Of No Use To Me I Asked For The Refund. My Point Is That Human Error Can Happen So What Is The Solution For This.
And The Amount Is Also On The higher side there are lot of family problem at my house as i'm in big financial crunch. Voxya kindly help me out. I dont know what the nodal officers are doing no calls no reply on mails. And also it was informed me that they cannot help me as I have done the transaction from *rd party ie. from google pay. My point is if they cant help why the hell airtel is tied upwith google pay. My recharge will expire today. If i will not get any help I will port out.
