- Airtel pressurizing to pay bill for worst service and not ready to close complaint Closed
I suffered to call others and business contact persons from dec **. Initially i complained to airtel customer care that i cannot call people. For making a i had to make min ** calls out of that for * call call not got connected * calls either me or receiver cannot hear. Till march mid i complained many times but registered only * times. Mean time i paid till jan ** usage. Whenever i called them they told complaint is open and need more time but cannot confirm when it will be closed. I lost my patience and wrote up to their ceo. But their ceo id is not working and all mt mails bounced. Even they are not mauntaing their ceo id properly. I made complaint from Potheri. They checked in Hyderabad and confirmed strength was full. Their floor manager advised me to change the service. I informed everybody spoke with me from Airtel and their billing team as there is improvement in their service, i won't pay my bill by end of mar ** and apr **. Then they started chasing me for payment instead closing the complaint. I wrote mail to their nodal officer. But in vain. Then i wrote to appealate and trai. Then they called me and promised action will be taken. As no action take even after their promise i requested then to terminate service. * years back they send billing details to my alternate no and i approached Airtel outlet to stop that. They changed in system and confirmed that number was removed. Now they started calling that number. As they didn't provide proper service and reply i stopped using their sim with proper notice. They ignored everything. I don't want them to call any of my contact number including alternate number.
