My Airtel Prepaid Prepaid internet was working fine but I switched to Airtel Postpaid for unlimited internet at Rs. **** which is their most expensive plan. But I get no or extremely slow internet **% of times, even though there's no signal strength issue in my area. I believe they are doing this on purpose because when I call them the issue gets resolved for some hours and then same no internet problem continues. It's really frustrating because I cannot even watch a YouTube video even after paying Rs. **** a month which is there most expensive plan. Please help me as I have called their customer care executives many-many times and all I get is a messages that your issue has been resolved but the same problem continues. Please help me!
