Reached airtel services for network change from Maharashtra to Karnataka(MNP) . Earlier I was holding ***/- plan with family number as addon to parent number.
The sales executive saw the existing plan (including other benefits like amozon prime, Netflix,….) .Confirmed same plan and freebees will be included with MNP.
After the MNP changes no freebies are working for the parent number and family number. I reached *-* times airtel stores and every salesperson has only oral story to tell .No rule book is followed or shared so far on this issue.
Even my several mails and visiting airtel stores for complaints have not resolved issues. Even asked for changing both numbers to prepaid as the amount paid is heavy and benefits are zero when compared to any telecom provider in India. I only here oral replay until one bill cycle, they cannot change anything.
When I asked rule code TRIA norms to stop they nevr gave anything as confirmation. I have forced to here different stories everyday and daily being charged for no reason. Even asked for complete closer of services ,they are just pulling days and raising funds from me.
All this has resulted in mental harassment and financial impact for me. Can we have rule code which these operators are following as per TRIA norms. When this harassment is going to settle.
