- Airtel discontinued Netflix forsaken the customers Open
I was using postpaid plan for Rs *** and got attracted and decided to upgrade plan to Rs *** to grab the deal of NETFLIX. I was busy for *-*months so I did not claim the Netflix deal. Now if I wanted to claim in January ****, customer cannot because they have discontinued Netflix from Airtel! This is not our problem! I paid extra for the plans, already we pay so much for the plans and barely we use data or make calls( that too Internet doesn't work in our house as good as it brands itself!). I am feeling being ditched! I need you guys to compensate in some form. Just by saying- oh Netflix service is discontinued is not making me gratified as my money is looted when I was happy with *** plan only.
