Hello Sir,
I have activated * months AP Super * package worth RS ****/ with English HD channels. If Airtel removes that package they should provide same service and channels for me up to my six months validity. I got lot calls from Airtel customer care and I was asked to change my plan . I told them I don’t want to change my plan and now some one from Airtel end changed my package without my intervention .
I am asking how can you do that with out my permission and they not at all responding .
Again yesterday they changed my package without my permission so I lost all HD channels.
Airtel literally cheating people and they are try to convey me that package was ended so they cannot do from their end and they were unable to provide all HD channels as per the package and don’t refund my money as well.
Please take action against this modern cheaters sir .
