Hello I was supposed to fly from srinagar to delhi today, **th February flight G *** , pnr F***Jl. My flight got delayed to *.** and i reached the counter at *.** exactly * hour before the departure where they tried to check me in and the employee said "there are no seats" I was not able to web check in cuz it showed an error while i was trying to do so cuz mine was group pnr before that was split . You can check the cameras to see what time i reached the airport counter He referred me to a second counter and said they would check me in where i had to wait for ** minutes, the person then said that my status was showing no show cuz obviously it was *.** by then and there were no seats on the plane. They then said they would reschedule my flight to tomorrow at no extra charges but then i had to come back from the airport gate and they said they can't do it and i had to pay **** extra . I had to fly urgently and and i had no other option. I contacted go air multiples times regarding this on their appelate nodal officer email and calls , today the executive (aakash) i was speaking to said that the flight wasn’t delayed and i reached ** minutes before departure which is a total lie . He said their system was not reflecting it . Their system was not even reflecting the status of delay of the flight i actually flew on on **th feb which was delayed as well . This Person then hung up the call , this shows what a failure their system is with wrong updates and even more big a failure their customer service , they are denying and lying to my face the flight was not delayed which can easily be confirmed from srinagar airport or past flight records , these people over booked their flight and now are trying their best to show that i was late to pin it on me . The lie about the flight timing not being changed is the biggest lie .
