i have booked flight(go first) flight pnr(q*wbkp) from banglore(*:** am) to ranchi(**:**am) which was on *th may **** due to some reason flight has been canceled by the airline itself . inspite of writing multiple mail and calls they have not responded yet and not refunded my money yet.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
