I have booked Airindia Flight ticket through AI website and cancelled the Ticket in the month of APril ****, till date I have not received the refund back to me.
I have been contacting and hear only -" concerned department is working on it ". Sometimes they say that the Ticket is not retievable in their system. I was so frustated with the arrogance & negligence from the AI support team.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
