Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that we have booked Tickets from Paris - Rome - New Delhi through Go - Ibibo but due to covid ** all flight got cancelled by government of India hence we request to go Ibibo to cancelled the tickets and provide full refund so they proceed for full refund on **th April **** and said it will take ** to ** days to refund this amount due to covid we said ok but its almost ** days still have not received the refund. Whenever we call customer care of go ibibo they said your refund in under process to Airline, once airline will refund they refund are money, we also contact airline " Alitalia" they told us you need to contact to your agent as tickets not booked directly through the airline site, its booked through go ibibo hence they will raise the request and refund the same to you.
But neither airlines nor go Ibibo have refund our money, i have lost my job due to covid , i have a scarcity of money, i am mentally disturbed, request you kindly log a complaint against Go ibibo and need compensation as their keeping our money without discussing us.
