I BOOKED A TICKECT IN DECEMBER ****, DUE TO HEALTH ISSUE WE CANCELLED TICKET * DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE THE FLIGHT AND ASKED FOR FULL REFUND, GOIBIBO TOLD ME THAT MY REFUND WILL BE CREDITED IN MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN * WORKING DAYS BUT UP TO NOW I DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING IN MY BANK ACCOUNT, EVEN BANK IS CHARGEING PENALITY ON MY CREDIT CARD EVERY MONTH.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
