I have taken Loan from HDFC bank one is personal loan second is Jumbo loan from my side every of single EMI paying on time but due to Covid pandemic situation my finical condition was ruckus and i have not continue with my emi's this information i have given to the bank on prior from other side they should have give same concession of the same even those they just made written off on my Cibil
After Covid what ever dues are there I have paid with bank terms and condition...
Even though HDFC bank have made fool to the customer even though I already informed my financial conditions is not well
Is this a well manner to treating with customer
Request you to kindly work on this as priority basis because due to this I am facing a lot of problem...Please do need full or should I go with the legal action
