We are using Kent Excell Plus Mineral RO (KR**********) installation date **nd July ****.
On *th July **** case ID (******-*****) we raised service ticket as RO was making beeping sound. Visiting engineer on inspection confirmed no issue with the system and no replacement required. For another few weeks beeping didn't stopped & we again raised the ticket on **th Aug ****. This time a different engineer visited and mentioned that it needs complete replacement of * parts and charged Rs. *,***.
I failed to understand what changed between first & second service visit although the problem statement was same. I don't want to believe that everything was OK in first visit & everything fell apart on *nd Visit. This leads me to conclude that this was a fabricated effort to let the warranty expire & charge exorbitantly. I need explanation before I take it to next level of customer rights.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
