I'm customer of Vodafone from very long time. Recently on February, I have been switch my sim to pospaid. my plan is for ***, and I took additional red on plan that is ***. So my total bill amout is ***.** including gst. But this month I have received the bill of ***.** without any extra use. I'm not paying any rupee extra, not even * rupee. When I am checking the bill, it shows adjustment charges. What kind of adjustment charges you have been charging? You are worst network provider in terms of internet speed. Kindly please resolve the issue.. I want to know what is the adjustment charges you have been charging.
