Kapil Tamane filed complaint against Vodafone Billing on Oct 26, 2021
I transported my personal number from vodafone to Jio. I got my MNP number after clearing all the dues.i got a text message that I have no due amount left from vodafone operater then I got my number ported successfully to Jio but now after one month vodafone is forcing me to pay extra and they are warning me to discontinue the service in jio and showing I have my due amount left to pay . Amount is Rs.***. Its not much but the thing is why should I the wrong amount. Please help.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
