I booked a trip from RIDE TRAVEL CLUB worth ₹ *****/- (details attached) on **/**/** by paying ₹*****/- with a condition that the balance payment will be made before commencement of trip.Ms Varsha (**********) of Ride travel club was dealing for the trip Further, i was told that if i book the travel on that date i will get a cash back of ₹****/-.so, the offer looked attractive, i immediately booked it on the same day.The trip was to commence on **/*/**. However, within a week they started demanding balance payment which I denied as I was short of money at that time.
In June,I waited for them to follow up for payment.But they didn't called up.so, on **/**/**, I , on my own called up Ms Varsha (**********) and told her that I wanted to make balance payment of ₹*****/- she told okay make the payment.
after I paid ₹*****/- , I got a call from Mr Ankit to pay additional Rs *****/- more towards GST, PEAK CHARGES & TRAVEL AGENTS COMMISSION.When I asked for break up of payment, they said they will issue a final invoice after the completion of trip.
I was reluctant to make additional payment but since I had planned the trip much in advance for my parents I didn't wanted to spoil it.I had no option but to pay the additional ₹***** demanded by the company. I got a call from Mr Ankur ********** who assured better service and asked me to make payment immediately.
On the very next day, on **/**/** I got a call from Mr Virat (**********)who spoke as if he was extorting money from me and told that if I don't make payment my trip will be cancelled..I had no option but to make the payment.i asked for breakup of cost to which he also denied and told that the same will be provided after trip is over. I also confirmed about the cash back of Rs ****/- to which he replied that it will be done immediately..He also assured better service.
Based on assurance of Mr Ankur and Virat I made additional payment of Rs *****/- on **/*/** on anticipation of better service and cash back of Rs ****/-
The trip started as per schedule but the service was not upto the mark.after the trip ended , I kept on asking for cash back of ₹ ****/- .after repeated reminders they made a cash back of ₹ ***/- in my account.
They have collected GST and even after collecting GST they didn't provide me GST invoice.
I Request you to please help me get my cash back of ₹**** and also to help me to get GST invoice.
