Our restaurant name is Chaoji Khaoji in Udaipur. Fom Nov till May no amount was received to us on our sales and they said amount was deducted due to click up ad services. We have never given our consent for such service. Also if any services were on then we should have received a email which we didn't received . Also nothing was reflecting in our dashboard. We asked multiple times on different dates to our Zomato manager ,screenshots attached. He said no such services are started . Even he also did not received any email,neither it was showing in his dashboard. There was no change in orders bec of click up ad service. It was a glitch of their app because of which we lost our hard earned money from food sold and also we are communicating regularly with Zomato and their team no one is their to resolve our issue. We are being harrased and its waste of time. We want our full amount + harrasment charges from them.
