I have a Myntra account. It was deactivated on June * without any prior notice stating some weird reason which doesn't make sense to them as well. Prior to deactivation have placed a couple of orders and I'm unable to return these as my account is locked. If orders can be delivered why can't they be returned/exchanged? Need a proper resolution to this which should allow me to return the products for the orders placed before deactivation has happened. Need this unempathetic company to show empathy at least once and try to resolve my issue. I'm not asking to activate my account but instead asking you guys to either temporarily activate my account for a day to initiate returns or you do it in the backend.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
