I had booked the car via zoomcar for ** hours and paid **** online on Oct *th and after that they told to verify the account by uploading Aadhar for which I could not as my phone number is not linked to Aadhar as I stay out of country so I sent them a followup email to see if they can help verifying my account manually as there is no contact number to reach them. There was no reply from them and on *th oct I chose anther option by verifying through international method and uploaded my International driving license, my passport but they rejected it and again i sent them an email to check and approve but no response and I still uploaded the same docs again on *th but still they rejected and yet no reply for any of the emails. This way the *th Oct came when I had to pick the car but as my account was still not verified I could not get any details from their end to contact the host and I was not able to pick the car and they din't even bother to reply any email or help any way as they dont even have a single customer care number to reach. Every time through their app it was the bot which used to ask to write a detial in short and email them. Finally * days passed and no verification was done nor refund was given and I see they have marked my trip as complete in their app. I had to get another car from outside from third party to finish my trip expecting I will get this refund as they din't verified my account nor provided the service. I paid them **** and also had to get car from someone else to complete my trip by paying **** as they din't verified my account and now they are not refunding my amount even those it was their fault who din't verified my account nor tried to reach me to help me out even after sending so many emails. Please help me with the refund.
